Risk & Assurance Manager
This is an opportunity to lead the Risk and Assurance team in developing and implementing risk management and assurance frameworks for our Digital Rail’s Asset Information function.
You would be accountable for leading the R&A team to achieve business objectives and key performance measures whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You would be accountable for developing and implementing risk management processes to enable the identification, prioritisation and management of Asset Information risk; and, you would develop and implement an audit and assurance framework for Asset Information in compliance with company legislation and standards, and its Health and Safety Management System
Your background should look like this:
Degree in an engineering or business-related discipline (or equivalent level qualification); experience as a lead Auditor along with being qualified (IATCA / IRCA). You will also hold substantial experience of governance and assurance frameworks.

Package: Salary up to £ 42,336 - £47,628 + 28 days holiday, bonus, generous pension, discounted rail season ticket, healthcare.
