The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) have been engaged by a leading mid-market accountancy firm to recruit an Internal Audit Manager to join their public sector team. This role will see you directly managing between four to five auditors and will see you reporting to the respective Partner.

Working primarily with NHS and Central government bodies, this managerial role will see you managing and leading multiple internal audit teams and assignments of varying complexity. Being intimately involved with all aspects of the department, you will be working closely with and supporting Partners and Directors to determine audit strategies and risk assessments and assisting with the department’s overall business development strategies.

This team has grown from strength to strength over the last three years. They are looking at least doubling their headcount within the next two, as they continue to win new business and bring new clients on board. Because of this growth there is realistic opportunities for career progression, with recent tangible examples of new hires being promoted within the first six months of joining.
