At KPMG in the UK, you’ll be part of our global network of firms and inspiring community of talented people. We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes to help them solve some of their most complex challenges and achieve success now, and in the future. Wherever you join us, across Audit, Tax & Pensions, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Technology & Engineering or KPMG Business Services, you’ll discover a career path full of rewards.

Technology Audit Graduate Programme

On our Technology Audit Graduate programme (Information Risk Management), you’ll have the opportunity to build your skills in providing assurance services across a broad spectrum of business and IT-related risks. You’ll evaluate IT systems that underpin an organisation’s key financial processes and provide specialist IT audit support to our external and internal audits, including the use of data analytics.

The nature of Technology Audit is largely investigative, and will give you exposure to some of the largest global organisations through to local medium sized businesses across all industry sectors.  You’ll gain insights into the breadth of technology used by these organisations, such as legacy systems and emerging technologies.

Who should apply?

Our Technology Audit programme is for people with an interest in business and technology, who are motivated to develop a rewarding career within our firm – you don’t have to be a recent university graduate to apply.

Training

You’ll benefit from structured training, mentoring, and the support you need to learn, grow and thrive.

During your programme you’ll have access to courses from our KPMG Business School and a variety of online platforms.  We’ll support you to achieve the ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) and a range of relevant accreditations such as ITIL Foundation and Amazon Web Services Architect.

With access to numerous KPMG networks and clubs you’ll have the opportunity to expand your social and professional networks, too.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits, including 25 days holiday, a daily lunch allowance, study leave and a day off on your birthday. With up to six days of work time for volunteering – on top of your annual leave - you’ll be encouraged to make a difference beyond the office, too.

Your qualifications

You’ll need to have, on be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline. We’ll look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. Whilst you don’t necessarily need to be a technical guru, we are looking for graduates with a desire to learn about technology and how we can best support audit engagements.
