As such, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Technology Risk Manager to join the Enterprise Risk team based out of our Head Office in Bromley (20 minutes from London, Victoria).

Who you'll be working with:

Working with the Head of Operational Risk and Senior Technology Risk Oversight Manager, you will provide assurance and oversight on the Group's Technology risk profile.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the business application of the specific Technology and CISO Minimum Standards providing challenge as necessary to oversee 1LoD compliance and effectiveness.
  • Possessing in depth knowledge of Technology & Information Security and Risk governance to support in the oversight of our Technology Services and Chief Information Security Office (CISO) functions.
  • Monitoring external sources & building internal relationships to identify, evaluate and assess evolving Technology threats, opportunities and best practice.
  • Providing expert input to Technology Services and CISO related Governance, Assurance, Executive Briefings, Group initiatives and activities and Incident support.
  • Assisting with defining, managing and measuring KRI's to support the maintenance of compliance with the risk appetite.
  • Embedding and maintaining the Direct Line Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework by providing IT appropriate challenge to risks events and action plan tracking and closure.
  • Building and developing effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure that Technology Services and CISO risks are maintained in line with business risk appetite, objectives and strategy.
  • Supporting the Technology Risk Oversight Manager in performing specific deep dive assurance assessments on 1LoD processes and controls for risk management. Including technology risk oversight over specific change projects and programmes.
