What will you be doing?

  • Use your experience of working within a risk focussed role to face off against the business to ensure risk and control measures are adhered to.
  • Look outwardly at examples from other businesses to identify Risk and control best practice.
  • Take a leading role in co-ordination and delivery of effective messaging and guidance.
  • Liaise with members of the high performing team to share information and skills to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Present to Stakeholders at all levels and use your technical and risk knowledge to build confidence in processes and controls.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of working in a similar technical risk role, ideally within a financial services environment.
  • Have a strong knowledge of IT risk frameworks, Software development life cycles and the 2/3 lines of defence models.
  • Specific knowledge of Mainframe, distributed systems, ServiceNow, TPAM, HPService centre would be highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills are essential.
