Job descriptionIn the position of Credit Risk Analyst, you are involved in Counterparty Risk Analysis and Counterparty Risk reporting. You will analyse, consolidate and report credit risk exposure reports of approximately 20 Glencore Agriculture group companies to senior management. Important decisions will be taken based on your weekly/monthly reports and analyses.
You will work jointly with other departments such as IT, Operations, and Trade Accounting, to make sure risk exposure is properly captured. You will discuss the nature of material credit risk exposure including the use of any mitigating instruments with these departments.
Together with the other two colleagues working in Credit Risk, you will constantly maintain and improve the credit risk limit framework. By using the data warehouse and business intelligence software, you will automate credit risk reporting as much as possible.
RequirementsFor this position, we are looking for someone who:
- Has strong analytical and communication skills and a pro-active, no-nonsense mentality;
- Has an affinity with IT and ideally some experience with business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau) or visual basics (VBA);

In this challenging role we require:
- Relevant experience in Excel (Macro's);
- Bachelor of applied sciences or University degree;
- Knowledge in Finance and/or Accounting is considered as an advantage;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
