Credit Risk Analyst - (m / f / d)
for the Oberhaching location

In this position you will independently carry out credit assessments of our private and commercial customers. You make decisions or prepare draft resolutions within the framework of the competence regulations. You observe and analyze economic trends and developments and monitor existing commitments. This position reports to the team leader Credit Risk.

Challenges that will make you grow

  • Credit checks of private and corporate customers
  • Credit decision within the framework of the competency regulation
  • Creation of credit protocols with company, industry and business potential analysis
  • Monitoring of credit exposures during the year and timely renewal of expiring credit lines
  • Analysis of annual financial statements and preparation of internal ratings according to the guidelines of the group
  • Creation and management of collateral
  • Constructive and growth-oriented cooperation with other departments, especially with sales and collections
  • Strict adherence to all internal company guidelines related to the credit review process
  • Strict fulfillment of all regulatory and legal requirements (e.g. compliance, money laundering, employee risk)
  • Implementation of department-specific projects
  • Portfolio management support and active search for loopholes and improvements in the credit review process

Show what you've got

  • Business studies or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of ​​credit risk in a company
  • Experience in the analysis of annual financial statements / balance sheet analyzes with regard to an appropriate credit assessment
  • Very good analytical skills and process-oriented thinking and acting
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Independent, accurate and reliable working style
  • High assertiveness and team spirit

In dieser Position führen Sie Bonitätsbeurteilungen unserer privaten und gewerblichen Kunden selbständig durch. Sie treffen im Rahmen der Kompetenzregelungen Entscheidungen bzw. bereiten Beschlussvorlagen vor. Sie beobachten und analysieren wirtschaftliche Trends sowie Entwicklungen und überwachen bestehende Engagements. Diese Position berichtet an den Team Leader Credit Risk.

Herausforderungen, an denen Sie wachsen

  • Bonitätsprüfung von Privat- und Firmenkunden
  • Kreditentscheidung im Rahmen der Kompetenzordnung
  • Erstellen von Kreditprotokollen mit Unternehmens-, Branchen- und Geschäftspotentialanalyse
  • Unterjährige Überwachung von Kreditengagements und rechtzeitige Erneuerung auslaufender Kreditlinien
  • Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen und Erstellung von internen Ratings nach den Richtlinien des Konzerns
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Sicherheiten
  • Konstruktive und wachstumsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere mit Vertrieb und Collections
  • Strikte Einhaltung aller unternehmensinternen Richtlinien im Zusammenhang mit dem Kreditprüfungsprozess
  • Strikte Erfüllung aller regulatorischen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben (z.B., Compliance, Geldwäsche, MA-Risk)
  • Durchführung von abteilungsspezifischen Projekten
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Portfoliomanagement und aktive Suche nach Lücken und Verbesserungen im Kreditprüfungsprozess

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Credit Risk eines Unternehmens
  • Erfahrungen bei der Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen / Bilanzanalysen im Hinblick auf eine angemessene Bonitätsbetrachtung
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigenständiger, genauer und zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil
  • Hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
