Job Details
We have partnered with an established Construction and Housing business to assist with their search for a new Head of Internal Audit & Risk.
Leading a small in-house team and Big 4 co-source, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and the Audit & Risk Committees. You will manage the group-wide assurance, internal audit and risk management of this fast-paced business.
Using your first class communication skills, and strategic management exposure, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop the well-regarded function and take it to the next level.
To be considered you must be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA), have experience leading a governance function in a regulated service industry (retail, construction, property, transport, telecoms etc, although not pure financial services), and the gravitas and vision to succeed within the role.
The role is based in Central London, however there could be the flexibility to be remotely based some of the time, however this can be discussed at initial stages. You must have full eligibility to work in the UK as the company are not in the position to sponsor someone.
