Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with a range of business areas and look to develop a bank-wide culture of operational risk.
• Embed operational risk tools and provide direct support to business areas where needed.
• Oversee the completion of the operational risk management programme (RCSAs, KRIs, risk event analysis etc).
• Work closely with senior management in developing and implementing a robust operational risk framework.
• Assist in the production of MI packs for review by senior management.

Skills/ Experience:

• A strong understanding of operational risk management developed within a bank or large financial services firm.
• A broad understanding of product suite offered by a global corporate bank.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
