We give you a world of potential

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Global Core Operations team as a Process Risk and Control Analyst.

Global Core Operations (GCO) is the foundation of growth that underpins Computershare’s global strategy. To better serve our business lines, GCO is structured as a truly global organisation, rather than several standalone groups in different regions and business lines.

GCO provides service delivery to clients and their accountholders worldwide for functions that support all of Computershare’s global lines of business. Service delivery functions include client event management, customer support, recordkeeping, asset custody, dealing and transaction processing. Services will be delivered across our global footprint and supported by underlying technology that enables optimization of execution.

We continually review and analyse ways in which we can be more efficient and manage our operating costs. As Computershare continues to grow, we will continue to refine our GCO strategy with a focus on the best means to provide efficient, effective service to our clients and their stakeholders, as well as a positive working environment for our employees.

A role you will love

As a Process Risk and Control Analyst you will be responsible for ongoing support and execution of ensuring GCO process standards are followed, managing control testing, supporting department level self-assessments, and monitoring control deficiencies through to resolution. Furthermore you will verify process changes and control improvements align to GCO standards.

An important part of your position includes ensuring data completeness and accuracy in the system of record for a portfolio of process and controls, providing direction on internal controls, and general support, as required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver guidance and training over process and control program policies and procedures outlining minimum acceptable requirements.
  • Ensure Process Risk and Control quality assurance and control testing programs are achieved
  • Responsible for completing assigned work accurately and timely to assist the department in completion of process reviews, control testing, or risk framework requirements (e.g., risk self-assessments).
  • Communicate any relevant new process or control improvements resulting from assigned work.

What will you bring to the role?

For this position will be looking for you to apply your background in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or business analysis whilst demonstrating relevant experience in a process analysis/business continuity role.

You will have developed communication skills to provide clear spoken and written communications in response to stakeholders’ queries. Inquiries received will range from basic to medium in complexity and you will require tact and diplomacy when dealing with complaints or sensitive issues.
