Consultant - Enterprise Risk Management (f/m/d)

• Develop the enterprise risk management system for the international ALDI SOUTH Group
• Operate a process for the identification of group wide risks, to determine ownership and monitor status of mitigation measures
• Develop policies, standards, procedures, controls, and training material within area of responsibility
• Organise, coordinate and conduct workshops
• Provide reports on key risks and support completion of risk assessments
• Maintain effective awareness and understanding of enterprise risk management developments and best practice
• Provide support with the business continuity and crisis management systems

• Completed studies or equivalent education
• Experience in working within the field of enterprise risk management
• Analytical way of thinking with the ability to work on complex issues independently
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Business fluent in English
• Structured, quality-oriented and independent way of working with a high level of accuracy
• Committed personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting from ??? 52.100,- ; willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
