Internal Audit Manager - Public Sector

IAC's Professional Services team have partnered with a Top 10 global accounting firm to locate a qualified internal auditor to join the business at the Internal Audit Manager level, sitting specifically within the Public Sector team.

The successful candidate will inherit the Internal Audit Manager title and sit within the Public Sector team in either the London, Birmingham, Bristol or Southampton office.

They will join a team that is consistently growing and promote a great culture with team members being friends, not just co-workers.

The successful (and lucky!) candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, from NHS to local and central government. They will also lead and manage a team, ensuring that work is completed to standard, by deadline and within budget. They will also be involved in business development activities, training, and recruitment. Finally, they will work directly with one of the most genuine Partner’s in the game who is caring, generous and progressive. They will also earn a competitive base salary, 6% cash allowance and be eligible for access to generous company perks.

Client travel is minimal and the successful candidate can expect to be in the office or on-site twice per week, with this becoming very flexible once they have found their feet.

The ideal candidate will currently be an internal audit manager, however candidates looking for a step-up from the assistant manager level will also be considered.
