Role Responsibilities: Support the Americas' Risk Team as it works to ensure the region meets the requirements of the Group's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), which will include participation in all ERMF activities (e.g. risk identification and evaluation, Risk Self-Assessments, Stress-Testing, Control Attestation Quality Assurance, Risk Appetite Threshold and KRI monitoring and reporting, etc); Strive to become a Subject Matter Expert in the Group's Enterprise Risk Management Framework, which will require an in-depth understanding of the Framework components and its requirements, as well as, the Risk Team's systems and tools; Support the regional Risk team's efforts toward executing Group's Annual Risk Plan and delivering the annual Risk Assurance Plan; Design, create and automate regular risk reports, as well as, undertake data analysis to proactively identify potential areas of risk exposure; Support the Group's risk governance structure within the region, including the production of Risk Committee reports and analysis; Assist the team's Risk Managers with the "risk response" process, including the review, approval and tracking of open risk Issues and Actions, as well as, Issue extensions and acceptances; Participate in regional and global deep dive analysis as needed; Develop and maintain a strong network of regional and global relationships; Strive to take on responsibility for the coordination and preparation of ongoing risk framework training in the region; Work toward acquiring the knowledge and skills required to ascend into a Risk Business Partner/Risk Manager role; Fulfil any additional duties as required and assigned by the regional Chief Risk Officer.
