Join the Close Brothers Risk Systems Team where you will be responsible for credit reporting to the various UK and ROI credit reference agencies, asset registration reporting to the Motor Asset Registration Service (MARS) agencies and engaging in projects relating to credit reporting. Our ideal team member will have previous experience in industry-standard credit bureau reporting practices, regulation, and guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ownership and management of bureau reporting processes including UK bureau reporting, ROI Central Credit Register (CCR) reporting, Channel Islands reporting, and Motor Asset Registration Service reporting
- Coordinate monthly UK credit bureau reporting ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Credit ownership of ROI CCR reporting, liaising with central bank teams and the Close Brothers Motor Finance BI team to ensure regular reporting, and timely investigation and resolution of issues to meet the demands and timelines of CCR reporting
- Monitoring of UK and Channel Islands consumer and commercial bureau reporting validation reports, including investigation and analysis of credit bureau & asset registration reporting discrepancies and/or incidents; coordinate business partners to resolve issues when necessary.
- Producing regular credit team updates on bureau and asset registration
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
- You have strong knowledge of credit bureau reporting, data, and processes.
- You are familiar with industry-standard credit bureau reporting practices, regulation, and guidelines.
- You have strong analytical mindset to be able to understand and investigate complex issues in a methodical manner.
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
- Have experience of Business Objects / SAS / Alteryx / SQL and / or other similar data analytical tools.
- Have experience working with internal and external business partners to improve credit bureau reporting and data accuracy.
