Digital Risk Lead

The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) have been mandated by a well-known company based in Reading to source a Digital Risk Lead. Reporting to the Head of Digital Risk, this role is a great opportunity for a Digital Risk professional and/or an IT Risk professional to further their career.

As a Digital Risk Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the organisation. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders to understand and identify the key risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies. You will be building relationships with the business at all levels and utilise your skills to ensure that the risk mitigation plans and controls are complied with throughout the organisation. You will also help with the coordination of internal and external audits throughout the year and conduct trainings and workshops to ensure that the stakeholders understand and comply with the risk policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a background in IT Risk and have experience in tech infrastructures. You will understand risk fundamentals and the importance of risk frameworks, risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring and risk reporting. You must have a critical mind, enjoy communication, and have good interpersonal skills.
